目前各行各业都在大抓基础工作。新闻记者的基础工作是什么?这几年来,我在具体的采写实践中,有一点感受特别深刻,就是吃透“上”、“下”两头。所谓“上”一头,是指认真学习、领会中央和地方党委的政策指示的精神实质,记者胸有全局;所谓“下”一头,是指掌握丰富的实际情况,特别是活的情况。我认为,不断努力吃透两头,这是无产阶级记者所必需的基本政治素养和业务修养,是做好报道工作、提高报道质量的基础,也是记者很重要的一项基本功。 At present, all walks of life are paying great attention to basic work.
