目的:探讨较完善的腰椎退变的CT扫描技术。 材料和方法:随机抽取有临床症状行CT扫描者391例。175例行层厚,间隔各5mm,L_3~S_1区间连续扫描。7例在L_5、S_1间盘区间给15°角加扫1~2层。(连续扫描组)。216例行层厚2mm,间隔3mm,L_(3,4),L_(4,5),L_5,S_1三个间盘各自为区间的间断扫描。(各区间扫描组)。将两组数据对照,进行回顾性分析。 结果:连续扫描组椎管、脊膜囊、黄韧带、椎板的上下关节突、侧隐窝、椎弓根等解剖关系显示清楚。但
