针对某铜冶炼厂金银熔炼小转炉拆迁废镁砖中含有丰富的金银等有价组分、且经济价值巨大的特点,结合金银转炉废镁砖化学性质研究结果,在重选—浮选、浮选—重选和试样直接浸出3种工艺方案对比基础上,进行了浮选—重选工艺条件及全流程试验,最终获得氧化镁品位47.14%、金品位492.41 g/t、银品位51 138.32 g/t、氧化镁剔除率达80.56%、金总回收率98.21%、银总回收率97.64%加权精矿,较好地实现了金银熔炼小转炉废镁砖中金银等有价组分的综合回收。
