随着建筑工业的发展,混凝土质量的评定与控制日益受到重视。水泥是组成混凝土的主要材料,如何准确及时地对水泥标号进行快速测定,是当前施工现场急待解决的问题。全国试行水泥新标准以来,本着需时短、准确可靠、设备简单和便于推广的原则,我们结合设备条件,在学习国内有关试验研究资料基础上,先后进行了“湿热法”、“分梯段升温干热法”和“沸水法”三种快速测定水泥强度的试验。试验结果表明:确定水泥强度与实测水泥强度的平均相对误差为2.9%~6.03%,有较高的准确率,值得施工现场推广应用。一、试验设备材料
With the development of the construction industry, the evaluation and control of concrete quality has received increasing attention. Cement is the main material of the concrete. How to accurately and timely determine the cement number is an urgent problem to be solved in the construction site. Since the nationwide trial of a new cement standard, based on the principle of being short-lived, accurate and reliable, simple in equipment, and easy to promote, we combined the conditions of our equipment, and on the basis of learning relevant domestic research and research data, we have successively conducted the “heat and moisture method” and “sub-ladder”.
