澧河发源于伏牛山东麓的南阳市方城县里店乡以北的柳树沟,流经叶县、舞阳、郾城,于漯河市区宋庄北汇入沙河,全长163km,流域面积2787km~2,其中山丘区面积占75%。澧河上游建有孤石滩大型水库,可控制山区洪水;下游建有罗湾分洪闸,可向泥河洼滞洪区分洪。干江河为澧河主要支流,在上澧河店汇入,流域面积1280km~2,是澧河洪水的主要源地,目前尚无控制性骨干工程,澧河现有泄流能力1800～1300m~3/s,防洪标准3～5年一遇。
River originated in the foot of the Funiu Mountain Nanyang City Fangcheng County shop in the village of Liu Shugou north, through the Ye County, Wuyang, Yun City, Luohe City Songzhuang North into the Shahe, a total length of 163km, drainage area 2787km ~ 2, of which 75% of the hill area. The upper reaches of the Bahe River has a large-scale reservoir of Bristol Beach, which can control floods in the mountainous areas. The Luo Bay flood diversion floodgate, built at the lower reaches, can provide flood diversion to the mud-river depression. Ganjiang River is the main tributary of Bahe River, and it is imported into Shangtihe River. The drainage area is 1280km ~ 2, which is the main source of Bahe River flood. At present, there is no controlled key project. The discharge capacity of Bahe River is 1800 ~ 1300m ~ 3 / s, flood control standard 3 to 5 years once.
