目的了解河南省各级医院消毒工作质量状况,找出问题,提出改进意见。方法采用现场采样和检测方法以及资料调查方法,对河南省市县三级医院消毒质量进行了调查。结果经对1996~2007年共计29 660份样本资料统计分析,河南省三级医院消毒质量总平均合格率为84.46%,省市县三级医院之间没有明显差别。在不同调查对象中,以室内空气卫生质量合格率最低,总平均合格率仅为48.21%。结论连续12年统计数据表明,河南省的各级医疗机构的消毒卫生质量整体较好,室内空气卫生质量应重点改进。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection work at all levels of hospitals in Henan Province, identify problems and put forward suggestions for improvement. Methods The method of field sampling and testing as well as data survey methods were used to investigate the disinfection quality of tertiary hospitals in cities and counties of Henan Province. Results After a total of 29 660 sample data from 1996 to 2007, the average pass rate of disinfectants in tertiary hospitals in Henan Province was 84.46%. There was no significant difference between tertiary hospitals in provinces, prefectures and counties. In different subjects, the indoor air quality of health pass rate is the lowest, with a total average pass rate of only 48.21%. Conclusions The statistics of 12 consecutive years show that the quality of disinfection and hygiene of medical institutions at all levels in Henan Province is generally good, and the hygiene quality of indoor air should be improved.
