用于仪表的某种合金,经过淬火热处理后,需要进行酸洗,洗去表层氧化皮,故要摸索一种酸洗液,使之既能很容易地将氧化皮从材料本身上剥落,又不损害材料本身。对这种酸洗液,在两年多的时间内,曾摸索过二次。第一次毫无经验,试以硝酸作为酸洗液的主要成份,再加入适量盐酸和硫酸。酸洗液是配成了,但是酸洗质量很差,酸洗之后,要用尼龙刷用力刷洗,才能刷去表层氧化皮,而且材料本身遭受严重腐蚀。第二次酸洗液配方的摸索,根据有关资料,试在硝酸液中加入氢氟酸,若配一升酸洗液,令硝酸的加入量在0~500毫升之间变化,当取定一硝酸加入量后,让氢氟酸一滴一滴地加入酸洗液中,观察合金酸洗质量,如此
