考虑工件表面粗糙度的影响,将部分弹性流体动力润滑理论耦合于高速滚动轴承性能研究之中,建立了高速滚动轴承拟动力学模型,分析了轴承润滑中膜厚比以及粗糙表面纹理方向对滚子转速和保持架转速及滑差率的影响,揭示了高速滚动轴承运动性能的摩擦学效应。
Considering the influence of the surface roughness of workpiece, the theory of partial elastic fluid dynamic lubrication is coupled into the performance research of high-speed rolling bearing. The pseudo-dynamic model of high-speed rolling bearing is established. The relationship between film thickness ratio and roughness surface roughness is analyzed. And cage speed and slip rate, reveals the tribological effect of the high-speed rolling bearing kinematic performance.
