五年以前,笔者与李少民、李明胜等五个年轻同志根据思想解放对全国的发展所起的重大作用和广西思想不解放严重妨碍了广西经济发展的实际情况,在广西日报“百家论文”专栏里发表长篇文章《广西要振兴就要加速观念改革》,强调思想解放是广西发展的首要前提。五年后的今天,广西的思想解放问题是不是从根本上解决了呢?思想解放是否仍然具有十分重要的意义呢?我们认为,广西的思想解放问题还远没有解决,解放思想仍然是广西发展的重要前提。
