目的 :探讨羊膜移植在某些眼科手术中的疗效。方法 :小梁切除术 5 2 8例 92 4眼 ;调压阀植入术 38例 38眼 ;复发翼状胬肉 7例 7眼 ;化学烧伤 3例 4眼 ;表浅真菌性角膜炎 3例 3眼 ,术中行羊膜移植 ,术后随访观察 6～12个月。结果 :青光眼术后滤泡扁平、弥漫、无瘢痕现象 ;胬肉无复发 ;化学烧伤和表浅真菌性角膜炎眼表渐上皮化。结论 :羊膜抗纤维增殖和促进上皮增生能力强 ,可应用于眼科的某些手术中。
Objective: To investigate the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation in some ophthalmic surgery. Methods: 528 cases of trabeculectomy 92 4 eyes; valve 38 cases 38 cases; recurrence of pterygium 7 cases 7 eyes; 3 cases of chemical burns 4 eyes; superficial fungal keratitis 3 cases 3 Eye, intraoperative amniotic membrane transplantation, postoperative follow-up observation of 6 to 12 months. Results: Follicles were flat, diffuse and without scarring after glaucoma operation; no recurrence of pterygium; epithelialisation of superficial fungal keratitis and chemical burns. Conclusion: The ability of amniotic membrane to resist fiber proliferation and promote epithelial hyperplasia can be applied in some ophthalmology operations.
