我院自1975年至1979年共收治8例慢性粒细胞性白血病患者,有6例发生急变。现摘要报告于下。一般资料:6例患者中男性4例,女性2例。急变年龄在33—57岁之间,40岁以上者4例。由确诊慢粒到急变间隔1年9个月至6年3个月,其中3年内急变的3例,3—5年急变的2例,6年以上急变的1例。急变前单用马利兰治疗的1例,3年1个月急变;单服中药治疗的1例,1年9个月急变;用马利兰加中药治疗的4例,其中1例6年3个月急变。作
In our hospital from 1975 to 1979, a total of 8 patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia were admitted, and 6 cases of sudden change. The summary report is below. General Information: There were 4 males and 2 females in 6 patients. Rapid change in the age of 33-57 years old, 40 years of age in 4 cases. From the diagnosis of CML to acute change interval of 1 year and 9 months to 6 years and 3 months, 3 cases of sudden change within 3 years, 2 cases of 3-5 years of acute change, 1 case of more than 6 years of acute change. 1 case was treated with marilan only before the emergency, 3 years and 1 month; 1 case of single Chinese medicine treatment, 1 year and 9 months of acute change; 4 cases treated with Chinese medicine and Maryland, including 1 case of 6 years and 3 months of acute change .
