In this study, we observed the toxic effects of adriamycin (ADR) on antioxidant enzymes (superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase) and heart in rats, and the effects of adriamycin Protection of toxic effects. Wistar rats weighing 130-160 g were randomly divided into four groups according to body weight and sex. Group A was zinc + doxorubicin, group B was zinc + copper + doxorubicin, group C was simple Mice group, small group is saline control group. The results showed that: the activities of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) and whole blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in group C were significantly decreased, and the heart also had obvious damage and cardiac dysfunction; The activities of SOD and GSH-Px in the two groups were significantly higher than those in group C, and the damage in heart was also obviously lower than that in group C; The experimental results suggest that the appropriate amount of zinc or zinc + copper has a protective effect on the toxic effects of doxorubicin, and the protective effect of the zinc + zinc-copper group is better than that of the pure zinc group.
