近日,为加强企业基础管理,提高班组管理水平,培育适应现代纺织产业发展的高素质、高技能员工队伍,加快纺织人才强国发展战略的实施,中国纺织工业联合会决定在全行业开展创建郝建秀小组式全国纺织先进班组活动。据介绍,本项活动具体工作由中国纺织职工思想政治工作研究会承担,目前活动已进入考察调研阶段。
