1984年蒋民华等提出金属有机配合物是一类潜在的非线性光学材料。1987年以来Frazier,Eaton和Wilsont等亦陆续报道了有关工作。为了验证近几年作者提出二次极化率矢量模型在金属有机配合物中的适用性,并考虑到POM中的氧原子可能作为配位原子与副族金属离子形成配合物,合成了15种该类型的金属有机配合物,通过测定它们的粉末倍频效应,筛选出I_(2ω)=18I_(2ω,KDP)的新型材料[Cd(POM)_2Br_2]。根据单晶结构分析数据,计算了它的及其与I_(2ω)/I_(2ω,KDP)之间的线性常数K值,并与前期工作做一比较。
