意识形态话语权建设是一项极端重要的工作。当前,我国意识形态领域面临着西方话语霸权以及各种错误思潮相互交织的干扰。加强意识形态话语权建设,提高马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,是保障我国意识形态安全,维护国家和平与发展的关键所在。意识形态话语权的建设应从三个方面入手加以完善和发展:一是坚持意识形态建设的党性与人民性的统一;二是做好宣传思想工作;三是大力提高我国的文化软实力。
The construction of ideological discourse is an extremely important task. At present, our country’s ideology is confronted with the interference of Western discourse hegemony and various erroneous ideas. Strengthening the construction of ideological discourse rights and improving the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology are the keys to ensuring the ideological security of our country and safeguarding national peace and development. The construction of ideological right to speak should be improved and developed from three aspects: First, to uphold the unification of the party spirit and the people’s character in ideological building; second, to do a good job in propaganda and ideological work; and third, to vigorously raise the cultural soft power in our country.
