上海冶炼厂阳极炉生产铜电解用阳极板,由于原料来源复杂,所以烟气量、烟气温度、烟尘成份等均有较大的差异。排烟温度约1250℃,可用价值较高。该炉既利用烟气余热预热空气,并让高温热空气返回阳极炉助燃,又利用烟气余热生产低压蒸汽,供生产和生活使用。 阳极炉用换热器由二级组成,第一级为U型管换热器,预热空气在200℃左右。选用20G碳素钢管为换热元件,并设置机械振动器;第二级为喷流对流式换热器,放置于700℃烟温区,为套管式结构,悬吊布置于热风箱下部,喷射管和换热外管均可自由伸缩,换热外管材质1Cr18Ni9Ti。
