退役士兵是一个特殊的群体,职业教育培训成为解决退役士兵安置问题的突破口,但是退役士兵学员与其他培训学员相比具有不同的特征,必须采取有针对性的培训方式方有成效。本文通过对退役士兵的调查,分析退役士兵的特征,提出网络职业培训是很好的选择,并可以从以政府为主导、以培训机构为核心、以退役士兵为主体三方面着手实现退役士兵的网络职业培训。
The retired soldier is a special group. Vocational education and training have become the breakthrough point to solve the resettlement of retired soldiers.
