目的探讨乌体林斯联合参麦治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法 153例COPD患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对比分析。结果治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为89.36%及72.33%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后FVC、FEVl、IgAI、gG较对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IgM差异无统计学意义。结论使用乌体林斯加参麦注射液,能使COPD患者临床症状及肺功能得到明显改善,免疫力明显增强。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of radiolynis combined with shenmai in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 153 cases of COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, comparative analysis. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 89.36% and 72.33%, respectively. The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The difference of FVC, FEVl, IgAI and gG before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant (P <0.05) compared with the control group, but there was no significant difference in the IgM. Conclusions The use of Wu Lin Ling Si Jia Shen injection can make patients with COPD clinical symptoms and lung function was significantly improved, significantly enhanced immunity.
