采用光电子能谱(XPS)研究了氨氧化装置中使用的高Pd合金的表面状态,并用不同方法制备4种Pd氧化物以便比较。测定Pd氧化物的Pd3d_(5/2)电子结合能(BE)值为337.0±0.2eV。X射线结构(XRD)分析确定这些氧化物为PdO。
The surface states of high Pd alloys used in the ammoxidation plant were studied by photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and four different Pd oxides were prepared for comparison. The Pd3d_ (5/2) electron binding energy (BE) value of Pd oxide was 337.0 ± 0.2eV. X-ray structure (XRD) analysis confirmed that these oxides were PdO.
