一、问题的提出从平时的听课活动中我们不难发现:一些教师在回避错误,课堂上不敢让普通学生来回答问题,不敢让学困生表演,生怕出错影响教学节奏,最终完成不了教学任务。一些教师没有将“错误”看成一种重要的教学资源,对学生出现的错误没有作出正确引导,往往以冷漠的表情命令其坐下再想想,而不让其陈述理由,或再提问其他同学,直至得到教师自己认为是正确的答案为止。久而久之,学生不敢随意表达自己的观点,教师也无从获得课堂上的真实信息,很多问题在课堂上没有暴露,但课后却错误一片;还有一些老师片面理解了新课程理念,认为只要充分调动学生
