[Objective]To screen the effective components from RHIZOMA COPTIDIS by dialysis-HPLC.[Method]Taking liposome as the simulated biomembrane,components in RHIZOMA COPTIDIS interacted with liposome was screened by dialysis-HPLC.Effects of liposome concentration and buffer pH value on the interaction between RHIZOMA COPTIDIS and liposome were investigated.[Result] There are 6 components in RHIZOMA COPTIDIS having significant interaction with liposome.Compared with the reference substances,the 6 components were columbamine,jatrorrhizine,epiberberine,coptisine,palmatine and berberine hydrochloride.[Conclusion] Dialysis-HPLC could effectively and rapidly predict the absorption situation of multi-components in RHIZOMA COPTIDIS,and could select the potential active components,aiming at providing references for the further research on the effective components in RHIZOMA COPTIDIS.
