宋培凯,男,汉族,山东牟平人,1946年11月生,大学文化,中共党员,1970年8月毕业于鞍山钢铁学院,同年在原山东铝厂参加工作,历任车间技术员、车间主任、山东铝业公司设计室主任,1984年5月担任山东铝业公司副经理、党委常委,1991年9月-1992年7月,到中共中央党校中青年干部进修班学习,1995年2月任山东铝业公司经理、党委常委,1998年4月被国务院任命为中国长城铝业公司总经理。1988年晋升为高级工程师,1994年晋升为教授级高级工程师。
Song Peikai, male, Han nationality, Muping, Shandong, born in November 1946, a member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Anshan Iron and Steel Institute in August 1970 and joined the former Shandong Aluminum Plant. In the same year, he worked as workshop technician and workshop director, Company Design Office Director, May 1984 as Shandong Aluminum Company Deputy Manager, Party Committee, September 1991 - July 1992, to the CPC Central Party School young cadre learning class, in February 1995 in Shandong Aluminum Company Manager, Party Committee, in April 1998 by the State Council appointed China Great Wall Aluminum Corporation general manager. In 1988 was promoted to senior engineer, 1994 was promoted to a professor level senior engineer.
