They are widely seen in our daily lives and have been widely accepted and recognized by modern people as “small ginseng”. The handmade soy products are delicious and the beans are mellow, but the traditional production process is low and time is wasted. As the saying goes, “There are three kinds of bitterness in the world, piling up ships, making iron and grinding tofu.” This is the life style of the owner of most bean products in the past: picking good beans and soaking the night before, around 3 am when others are still asleep, many small tofu farmers will have to grind milk. Grinding beans, cooking
