英语课程的学习,既是学生通过英语学习和实践活动,逐步掌握英语知识和技能,提高语言实际运用能力的过程;又是他们磨砺意志、陶冶情操、拓展视野、丰富生活经历、开发思维能力、培养合作精神、发展个性和提高人文素养的过程。在教学中,教师不仅仅需要传授知识,还应当关注每个学生的情感,利用专业知识,让学生在学习语言之际汲取情感素养的精华,从而接受品德教育,形成美好的心灵品格。
English courses are not only students’ learning and practicing activities through English, gradual mastery of English knowledge and skills, improve the practical use of language skills; but also they sharpen their will, cultivate sentiments, broaden their horizons, enrich life experience, develop thinking ability, training Cooperation, development of personality and improve the quality of human culture.
