用(冈)朝阳一号A等6个不育系与泰引1号等5个恢复系组成6×5不完全双列杂交。估算了株高、生育期等16个性状的配合力与遗传力。结果表明:杂交水稻杂种 F_1的产量和其他性状,同时受恢复系、不育系一般配合力效应和组合特殊配合力效应的作用。这三种配合力,总称为配合力总效应(用 t.c.a表示)。不育系和恢复系的一般配合力效应比组合特殊配合力效应起着更为重要的作用。根据配合力总效应,可以粗略地预测杂种优势。杂交水稻各性状的遗传力和常规稻相似。在本试验中,单株粒重、分蘖势、每株穗数、蛋白质含量等的遗传力较低。千粒重、生育期、粒长、籽粒长宽比、籽粒透明度、出糙率等的遗传力较高。株高、穗平均着粒数、穗平均实粒数、空壳率、秕谷率、粒宽等表现中等或中等偏高的遗传力。
A total of 6 × 5 incomplete diallel cross lines were constructed by using 6 male sterile lines (Chaoyang No.1) and 5 restorer lines (ie Taiyin 1). The combining ability and heritability of 16 traits such as plant height and growth period were estimated. The results showed that the yield and other traits of F1 hybrid rice were affected by both the restorer line, the general combining ability and the combining ability of the special combining ability. These three combined forces, collectively known as the total effect of combining power (t.c.a said). The general combining ability of CMS and restorer lines played a more important role than the combination of special combining ability. According to the general effect of combining ability, heterosis can be roughly predicted. The heritability of all traits of hybrid rice is similar to that of conventional rice. In this experiment, the heritability of grain weight per plant, tillering potential, panicles per plant, protein content and so on was low. The heritability of 1000-grain weight, growth period, grain length, grain aspect ratio, grain transparency, and roughness of the callus were higher. Plant height, average number of grain per spike, average number of spikelets per panicle, shell percentage, husky rate, grain width, etc. showed moderate or moderate high heritability.
