在农村学校有相当一部分教师工作热情消退,主动性减弱,心理负担沉重,身体处于亚健康状态,职业倦怠严重。中小学教师职业倦怠的原因有来自学校内部的压力和来自社会的压力。缓解教师职业倦怠的应对策略有:突出核心,抓主业,务正业;重视人文管理,弹性管理;重视校园文化建设,丰富校园文化生活;提高教师的心理素质和自我调控能力;提高教师待遇,解决教师发展障碍。
In rural schools, there are quite a few teachers whose work enthusiasm has subsided, their initiative has weakened, their psychological burdens are heavy, their bodies are in a sub-healthy state, and their job burnout is severe. The causes of occupational burnout for primary and secondary school teachers come from internal pressures and pressure from society. The countermeasures for alleviating teachers’ job burnout include highlighting the core, grasping the main business, and managing the business; paying attention to humanistic management and flexible management; paying attention to the construction of campus culture and enriching campus cultural life; improving teachers’ psychological quality and self-regulatory ability; and improving the treatment of teachers. Solve the obstacles to teacher development.
