在MATLAB/Simulink环境下,针对典型的非线性连续系统模型—CSTR(continuousstirred tank reactor)模型,采用MAC、DMCⅠ型、DMCⅡ型三种常用的工业预测控制算法对其仿真比较,分析预测控制三种算法在非线性连续时间工业系统的控制性能。对CSTR模型进行非线性状态空间描述;利用Simulink实现了对该系统的实时仿真;仿真过程分为3个阶段,每一阶段设定了不同的控制目标。仿真结果对比分析表明,DMCⅡ型预测控制算法能够有效地控制存在严重非线性的连续时间系统。
Under the environment of MATLAB / Simulink, aiming at the typical nonlinear continuous system model (CSTR), three commonly used industrial predictive control algorithms (MAC, DMCⅠ and DMCⅡ) are compared and simulated, and three kinds of predictive control Control Performance of Algorithms in Nonlinear Continuous Time Industrial Systems. The non-linear state space is described for CSTR model. Simulink is used to realize the real-time simulation of the system. The simulation process is divided into three phases, each of which has different control targets. The comparative analysis of simulation results shows that DMC Ⅱ predictive control algorithm can effectively control continuous nonlinear systems with serious nonlinearity.
