目的了解高职学生对塑料食品包装的认知和使用情况,为更有效地普及塑料食品包装的相关知识,指导合理并正确使用塑料食品包装提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取安徽省4所高职院校在校大一大二学生,共3 450人,用自编一般情况、塑料食品包装认知情况及使用频率调查表对其进行调查。结果学生对食品包装知识认知的平均成绩为(6.99±3.28)分,不同性别和不同专业间的得分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不同年级间的得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。塑料食品包装的使用频率与认知情况得分呈负相关。结论认知情况得分越高,使用塑料食品包装的频率越低。因此应有针对性地普及塑料食品包装方面的知识,从而使高职学生更加合理和正确的使用塑料食品包装。
Objective To understand the cognition and use of plastic food packaging by vocational students and provide the basis for popularizing the knowledge of plastic food packaging more effectively and guiding the reasonable and proper use of plastic food packaging. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to extract freshmen and sophomores from 4 vocational colleges in Anhui Province, totaling 3 450 students. Using the self-compiled general information, the cognitive status of plastic food packaging and frequency of use questionnaire It conducts the investigation. Results The average score of students’ cognition of food packaging was (6.99 ± 3.28) points. There were significant differences in scores between different genders and different majors (all P <0.05), and there was no significant difference among different grades P> 0.05). The frequency of use of plastic food packaging and cognitive score was negatively correlated. Conclusion The higher the cognitive score, the lower the frequency of using plastic food packaging. Therefore, it should be targeted to popularize the knowledge of plastic food packaging, so that vocational students more reasonable and correct use of plastic food packaging.
