一对再婚夫妻定下终身大事时,恰逢男方购置一套二手房,遂在买受人一栏加上女方名字,并约定房屋产权共同共有。后来,两人办了酒,扯了证,夫妻一场后又分道扬镳,只是房屋仍让两人藕断丝连。婚姻关系存续期间,一直没有办理过户手续,离婚了,男方将房过户至自己名下,要求女方搬离。“当初约定产权共有,房屋我也有份?”女方奋起抗争,以房屋转让协议上加名抗辩。2016年“五一”节前夕,这场房屋争夺大战在湘中某县法院上演。
