本文叙述柴油机客车BK-651型传动系扭振情况,分析了它的激振源、质量系统最后简化为单质量系统。利用分析得到的频率,角振幅等数据,设计一种橡胶扭转减振器,使用不同配方不同硬度的橡胶,和不同安装位置进行对比试验,最后得到一个满意的减振器。
This article describes the torsional vibration of the BK-651 diesel powertrain and analyzes its excitation source. The mass system is finally simplified to a single mass system. A kind of rubber torsional vibration damper was designed by using the data of frequency and angular amplitude. The rubber with different hardness was designed and compared with different installation positions to get a satisfactory vibration absorber.
