1998年5月19日,河北省人大副主任白录堂在新森林法出台座谈会上接受了记者的采访。座谈会由省人大常委会农村经济委员会副主任李广恩主持。河北省林业厅厅长王廷玖首先向新闻界的同志们介绍了新森林法出台后我省开展的“新森林法宣传月”的安排及近期活动情况。白录堂副主任首先讲了我省林业发展取得的成绩及存在的问题,并主要就森林法的修改对我省林业的指导作用及我省如何贯彻执行等有关问题回答了记者的提问。
