李仲彬是四川省成都市新都区的区党委书记。对于众多四川省外的人来说,新都实属寂寂无名,但新都的书记李仲形却因为其“前卫”的政治姿态,为许多关注中国政治体制改革的人所熟知。2003年年末,在李仲彬的策划下,中国第一位直选镇党委书记在新都区木兰镇诞生。此外,还有许多发生在这位“前卫书记”身上的故事——
Li Zhongbin is a district party secretary of Xindu District of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. For many outside Sichuan Province, Xindu is virtually unknown, but Xinjian’s secretary, Li Zhongxian, is familiar with many who are concerned about the reform of China’s political system because of his “avant-garde” political stance. At the end of 2003, under the planning of Li Zhongbin, the party secretary of the first directly elected town in China was born in Mulan Town, Xindu District.
