万利达VCP—2100型DVD机开关电源核心元件采用了荷兰飞利浦公司推出的低功耗、节能型“绿色”单片开关电源集成电路—TEA1522P。TEA1522P内部设有:启动电路、逻辑电路、振荡器及控制电路、激励电路、过压/过流/过热/欠压等各种保护电路。它与三端取样IC(TL431),光电耦合器(PC817)等元件组成了简单明了的开关电源,该电源具有适应市电电压范围宽、效率高、功耗低、辐射小等优点,已广泛应用在多种品牌视盘机中。但目前该IC维修资料尚很少,笔者根据万利达VCP—2100型DVD机电源实物元件绘制整理出电源原理图,如图1所示。表1为TEA1522P引脚功
