目的:探讨活血通络片中特女贞苷含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:C18(岛津Wondcrat ODS2 150×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸(34∶66);检测波长:224nm;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0mL/min。结果:特女贞苷进样量在0.29~2.61μg范围内具有良好的线性关系;平均回收率为97.87%,RSD=1.21%。结论:本测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于活血通络片的质量控制。
Objective: To investigate the method of determining the concentration of virginia in Huoxue Tongluo tablets. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The chromatographic column was C18 (Shimadzu Wondcrat ODS2 150 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol 0.05% phosphoric acid (34:66) ; Flow rate: 1.0 mL / min. Results: The injection rate of virginia had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.29 ~ 2.61μg; the average recovery rate was 97.87%, RSD = 1.21%. Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Huoxuetongluo tablets.
