对于电视台来说,以人为本,科学管理,建立与市场接轨的激励机制,无疑是打造名牌节目主持人,稳定节目主持人队伍的一条有效途径。激励主持人的创新精神传统意义上的“俊男靓女”、“漂亮面孔”已逐渐被“智慧型”和“风格型”的节目主持人所取代。观众对节目主持人综合素质的要求已经超过了对其外貌的品评。看来,今天要做一个优秀的节目主持人可真不容易,它需要不断地更新知识,超越自我才行。而作为用人单位,则需要为节目主持人提供更加良好的创新环境,以激发他们的创新意识,挖掘他们潜在的个性魅力。
