1.主动接近,备加关爱。新型的师生关系是朋友式的关系,是老师对学生诚挚的关爱。特别是留守儿童远离父母,一年难得见上一面,缺少母爱、父爱,因此,我主动接近他们,对他们关爱有加。课间帮她们梳梳头发,把她们打扮漂亮一些;陪他们一起做游戏,在活动中增加亲近感;周末帮他们洗洗衣服,让他们干干净净的上学;常找他们谈谈心,做他们知心的朋友。留下他们父母的电话号,两周一次向他们的父母报告孩子学习生活情况。只要给孩子一个亲情的关怀,慈母般的呵护,孩子才能信任你,教育才能取得实效。
