广大老干部为新中国的建设做出了巨大的贡献,做好离退休老干部的管理服务工作,是各级领导的重要职责和义不容辞的责任,本文从心理健康的视角谈谈优化老干部管理服务工作的问题。
The vast numbers of veteran cadres have made tremendous contributions to the construction of new China. Doing management and service work for retired veteran cadres is an important responsibility and an unshirkable responsibility of leaders at all levels. This article discusses how to optimize the management and service of veteran cadres from the perspective of mental health problem.
