感谢!艺术从来就不是以架上架下为定界的,也不是摄影、装置、行为,或观念或某一个艺术派别可以包括的。每一个地域,每一个时间段留下来的艺术特征也仅仅是这一地域和这一时间段的文化记录,而每一次新艺术的到来都是艺术历史的积淀,不管它的性质是延续还是反抗。而且每一时期的艺术家都是在“死胡同”里找到“新的”可能性。实验是发现这一“可能性”的必要手段,而实验没有,也不应该有任何的定界。因为艺术包揽了人类世界的一切(但艺术不是人类世界的一切),她是随人类智慧的增长而增长,随着人类的消亡而消亡的。
Thanks! Art is never bound by the frame, nor is photography, installation, behavior, or ideas or any particular art genre. The artistic features left in every area and every time period are just the cultural records in this area and this time period. The arrival of every new art is the accumulation of artistic history, no matter whether its nature is continuation or resistance . And artists of each period find the possibility of “new” in “dead end”. Experiments are the necessary means of discovering this “possibility”, and there is no experiment nor should there be any delimitation. Because art takes everything the human world does (but art is not everything in the human world), she grows with the growth of human wisdom and dies with the demise of humanity.
