随着信息技术的飞速发展和广泛应用,社会生产力以前所未有的加速度推动着物质经济与精神文明的快速发展。到20世纪末,新兴的信息经济社会已在一些发达国家形成,并直接影响着发展中国家。特别是在新世纪之初,信息技术的创新与应用步伐明显加快,信息传播手段与终端接入形式日益丰富,数字化与网络化的目标更加明确,业务融合与行业渗透趋势日渐明显,新的信息技术正在酝酿着更大的资源整合与重组。
With the rapid development and widespread application of information technology, the unprecedented acceleration of social productivity has promoted the rapid development of material economy and spiritual civilization. By the end of the 20th century, the emerging information economy and society had formed in some developed countries and directly affected the developing countries.
