以消峰率最大和调洪末期蓄水位最高为综合目标函数,采用优化方法研究绘制水电站水库防洪预报调度图,通过对优化目标函数增加洪水涨水段和落水段泄流量约束,有效地克服了依调度图调度出现的闸门频繁启闭的问题。在石泉水电站的应用结果表明,改进后的防洪预报调度图调洪过程更为合理,实用化操作程度较高,为水电站实时防洪调度提供了有效指导。
Taking the maximum peak elimination rate and the highest water level at the end of flood season as the comprehensive objective function, the optimal method is used to study the drawing of flood control and forecasting schedule for reservoirs in hydropower stations. By optimizing the objective function to restrict the discharge of flooding section and falling section, According to schedule scheduling gate frequent opening and closing problems. The application results at Shiquan Hydropower Station show that the flood control process of the improved flood control forecasting map is more reasonable and practical, and provides an effective guide for the real-time flood control operation of the hydropower station.
