测定272例2型糖尿病患者及908例年龄、性别、体重指数与之相匹配的健康对照者胫骨超声速率;并随机从上述人群中抽取2型糖尿病患者66例和健康对照者64例,测定其血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、降钙素(CT)、骨钙素(BGP)水平。结果①男性2型糖尿病患者胫骨SO S与健康对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05);②女性2型糖尿病病患者胫骨SO S普遍高于对照组。但只有70~79岁年龄组差异有显著性(P<0.05);③2型糖尿病患者血清PTH、CT与对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05);④女性2型糖尿病患者血清BGP水平低于女性对照组(P<0.05),而男性与对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者胫骨SO S和骨代谢状态的改变可能与性别有关,男性患者改变不明显;女性患者胫骨SO S高于对照组,且随着年龄的增长差异日益显著;与同性别对照组比较,女性2型糖尿病患者骨代谢状态表现为低骨转换率。
Twenty-two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 908 healthy subjects with matched age, sex and body mass index were enrolled in this study. Twenty-six patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 64 healthy controls were randomly selected from the above population. Serum parathyroid hormone (PTH), calcitonin (CT), osteocalcin (BGP) levels. Results ① There was no significant difference in SO S of tibia between male type 2 diabetic patients and healthy controls (P> 0.05). ② SO 2 of tibia in type 2 diabetic patients was generally higher than that of control group. But only in the 70-79 age group there was a significant difference (P <0.05); ③ serum PTH, CT in patients with type 2 diabetes compared with the control group was no significant difference (P> 0.05); ④ female patients with type 2 diabetes serum BGP levels Lower than female control group (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between male and control group (P> 0.05). Conclusions The changes of SO S and bone metabolic status in type 2 diabetic patients may be related to gender, and the changes in male patients are not obvious. The SO S in tibia of female patients is higher than that in control group, and the difference is significant with age. In comparison, the bone metabolism in women with type 2 diabetes manifested a low bone turnover rate.
