我国将进一步扩大商业领域的对外开放,将放宽开放的地域、数量及投资条件等限制,提高商业领域利用外资的质量和水平。这是国家经贸委外经司负责人徐鸣日前在“商业物流、电信、旅游对外开放政策研讨会”上透露的。我国商业领域对外开放起步较晚,但成效明显。自1992年开始试点至今,累计已设立外商投资商业企业356家,世界前50家最大的零售商已有半数在我国设立了合资企业。2000年外商投资商业企业零售额达到526亿元。

This is Xu Ming, director of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of the State Economic and Trade Commission, who disclosed in the “Seminar on Commercial Logistics, Telecommunications and Tourism Opening-up Policies” recently. The opening up of China’s commercial sector started late, but the effect was obvious. Since the trial started in 1992, a total of 356 foreign-invested commercial enterprises have been set up and half of the world’s top 50 retailers have set up joint ventures in our country. In 2000, the retail sales of foreign-invested commercial enterprises reached 52.6 billion yuan.
