为了健康,人们越来越注意营养与锻炼了。但是,合理安排运动与进食时间也有着相当重要的意义。也就是说,对于经常参加体育锻炼的人,什么时间吃与吃什么几乎同样重要。这一点却常常被人们忽视。人们对特定食物及进食时间的反应因人而异,尤其是参加体育锻炼的人。有些人吃完饭马上去锻炼会感到胃不舒服,而有些人如果不吃点什么去锻炼则会感到虚弱无力。
