本文就高校学生管理工作中引入朋辈辅导员,围绕如何打开思路,创新方法,发挥大学生职业生涯教育教学、实践过程中的朋辈辅导的优势,以促进高校日常学生管理工作进一步打开工作思路,补充辅导员队伍力量,解决沟通障碍,结合大学生活、人际关系、学习方式、个性发展、职业选择、就业导向等现实问题,开展更具实效性的大学生职业生涯教育,促进大学生全面发展。
This paper introduces peer counselors into college students ’management work, focuses on how to open up ideas, innovate methods, give full play to college students’ career education and teaching, and practice peer guidance in order to promote the daily management of college students to further open the work train of thought, Supplement the force of counselors and solve the communication barriers, carry out more practical education of career of undergraduates and promote the all-round development of undergraduates in light of the practical problems such as university life, interpersonal relationships, learning styles, personality development, career choices and employment orientation.
