电工科研管理研究会成立暨学术交流会在中国电工技术学会和机械部电器工业局的共同组织下,于1983年6月29日至7月6日在西安市召开。出席会议的单位共59个,代表112名。国家经委经济管理研究中心,部科技司、部机械研究院、陕西省科委、省科协及西安市科委、机械局的领导和有关同志到会莅临指导,中国电工技术学会常务理事兼秘书长张本鸿同志在会上致开幕词。
Electrotechnical Research Management Conference and the establishment of academic exchange in China Electrotechnical Society and the Ministry of Machinery Industry Bureau of Electrical jointly organized in June 29, 1983 to July 6 held in Xi'an. A total of 59 units attended the meeting, representing 112. State Economic Commission for Economic Management Research Center, Department of Science and Technology, Ministry of Machinery Research Institute, Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Commission, Provincial Association for Science and Technology and Xi'an Science and Technology Commission, the leadership of the Bureau of Machinery and the relevant comrades come to the guide, China Electrotechnical Society executive director and secretary Chang Chang-hong Comrade made an opening speech at the meeting.
