伴随时代的进步与科技的发展,经济与资源的矛盾日益尖锐,节约能源已成为当今世界的主题,我国也立志于创造“节约型社会”。建筑能耗占总能耗的比重极大,在我国建筑能耗占总能耗的27%以上,并且呈现不断递增的趋势,其中建筑电气设备占到建筑总能耗的67%以上。相关资料显示,通过对建筑设备进行节能优化,可实现15%到40%的节能效果,加强建筑设备电气节能已势在必行。通过建筑设备电气自动化系统不仅对办公楼的电气设备控制达到智能、自动控制的目的,还能有效节约能耗,一直是当前办公建筑建设研究的重点领域。
With the progress of the times and the development of science and technology, the contradiction between economy and resources has become increasingly acute. Energy conservation has become the theme of today’s world. Our country is also determined to create a “conservation-oriented society.” Building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption. In our country, building energy consumption accounts for more than 27% of the total energy consumption, and shows an increasing trend, of which construction electrical equipment accounts for more than 67% of the total building energy consumption. Relevant data show that through the energy-saving optimization of construction equipment, can achieve energy efficiency of 15% to 40%, to strengthen the electrical energy-saving construction equipment is imperative. Through the construction equipment electrical automation system not only intelligent control of the office building electrical equipment, automatic control purposes, but also can effectively save energy consumption, has been the focus of the current office building construction research.
