1引言中国的GSM网络经过将近二十年的发展,在整体规模和质量方面已经具备了世界一流的水平,形成了一个庞大的客户群。然而,这样的网络虽然已经成熟,始终面临着各方面的问题。例如对于网络质量的优化问题,以及农村及偏远地区信号覆盖的问题,在当前网络资源的条件下如何采取合理措施实现资源的利用率最大化,面对这些问题,都是需要对GSM网建设进行系统的规划的,而在用户群不断扩大的基础上,原先的基站已经不能满足需求,这就需要在原先基站的基础上进行容量的扩容,并保证通信质量有所提升。
