近20年来,我国地震观测技术不断得到改善.建立各种地震监测台站754个,遥测和数字化技术的应用使记录和数据传递方式发生了变化.我国大规模的地震监测预报工作,是1966年邢台地震以后,在周恩来总理的亲切关怀下开始的.除建立各级监测预报网外,近年来,地震观测技术不断得到改善,具有世界先进水平的9个数字化地震台站今年开始试运行;一些前兆观测项目已经开始使用第二代新仪器.一些台站配备了计算机,改变了数据处理的落后状态.目前处理的数据相当于10年前的4倍.此外,在全国较大范围内还开展地震地质、地壳深部探测、大地形变测量工作.建立了一批服务于地震科研的实验室,包括震源物理、构造物理、地震前兆
