第二届上海商业房产展示交易会于2003年8月6日至9日在光大会展中心顺利召开。此次展示会由中国商业网建设管理联合会、上海市商业网点管理办公室主办,上海市商业展览办公室承办。 由于这是“非典”疫情之后上海首个投资型房产展,故吸引众多商业房产投资业内人士前去参展:上海和周边地区及部分中心城市商业街、商铺等近百个商业房产项目报名参展,参展的有购物中心,众多商铺,融商业街、专业市场、旅游、地铁、办公楼于一体,面积近300万平方米,其中最大的商业房产项目面积达48万平方米。
The 2nd Shanghai Commercial Real Estate Fair was successfully held in Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center from August 6 to August 9, 2003. The exhibition by the China Business Network Construction Management Association, Shanghai Commercial Network Office hosted by the Shanghai Commercial Exhibition Office contractors.
