我院1986年5月至1987年10月收治妊娠黄疸13例,根据临床表现、化验检测及病理分析,符合全国南宁会议制定的病毒性肝炎诊断标准5例,符合妊娠脂肪肝1例,其余7例为妊娠特发性黄疸所致肝损害。为进一步提高对妊娠黄疸的认识,现将我院收治的13例妊娠黄疸报告如下。临床资料本组1例为第二胎(第一胎妊娠期有黄疸),12例为初次妊娠,平均年龄26岁。妊娠后发生黄疸者12周
